Beta tester guide
Thank you for helping test Latitune. Your feedback is genuinely shaping this app, and I'm grateful you're here.
Getting started
- 1
Download the app for your device:
iOS: The link opens Apple's TestFlight app. If you don't have TestFlight installed, you'll be prompted to download it first.
Android: Google requires beta testers to be approved before downloading. If the link doesn't work, email support@latitune.app with the Gmail address linked to your phone and I'll get you added. Pod members on Android will need to be added too.
- 2
Create an account with your email
- 3
Create a pod — one person per household does this
- 4
Invite your people — they'll get an email with a link to join
From there, set up your care profile and explore the app at your own pace.
What to try
- ✓Create a few tasks your pod actually needs to do this week
- ✓Check in with your energy — how are you feeling today?
- ✓Complete a task and see how it shows up on the dashboard
- ✓Try the AI features — ask Navi (our friendly narwhal) to suggest tasks or break something big into smaller steps
- ✓Look at the dashboard — see how your pod's contributions show up
- ✓Send an echo — a little recognition to someone in your pod
Don't feel like you need to try everything. Just use it naturally and see what happens.
What I'm looking for
Honestly? Everything. But especially:
Moments of confusion
"I didn't know what to do here"
Things that break
Errors, weird behavior, things that don't load
Things that feel good
Moments where you thought "oh, that's nice"
Things that feel off
Unclear wording, awkward layouts, features that don't click
There are no wrong answers. If something feels weird, that's useful information.
How to share feedback
The easiest way is directly in the app:
You can also email support@latitune.app anytime. It comes straight to me.
A few things to know
It's not finished. You'll probably find rough edges. That's exactly why we're doing this — let's find them all.
You can't break it. Tap everywhere, try weird things, push buttons you're not sure about. If something breaks, that's a gift, not a problem.
If something goes wrong
If the app crashes, won't load, or does something really unexpected — just let me know. A screenshot or a quick description of what you were doing when it happened is incredibly helpful.
Use the in-app feedback tool or email support@latitune.app.
Thank you for being part of this.
